HIGH VACUUM BELLOWS

Produced in stainless steel AISI 316L and 321.

Minimum thickness offered is 0.10 mm.

Tubes are welded using Micro Plasma welding technology.

Bellows are Hydroformed and Elastomer formed.

All Bellows are subjected to 100% Helium Leak Test using Mass Spectrometer.

Bellows can be "Bright Annealed", if required.

In-house facilities for Cyclic Life and Spring Constant tests.

Used in Vacuum Interrupters and Circuit Breakers.
