EXHAUST BELLOWS
A dedicated production line has been put in place for the cost effective production of Flexible Exhaust Bellow Units.

All Bellows are Hydro-Formed and all Assemblies are subjected to Leak Test.

Whilst our standard range comprises of a double ply bellow, single ply bellows can also be offered on request.

 

TYPE A
Consists of a Double ply Bellow with a Single layer of External Wire Braiding assembled together using stainless steel cups at both ends.

TYPE B
This design includes an internal Sleeve of stainless steel Wire Braid which is welded at one end. As an option, the Internal sleeve can be provided using an interlocked / strip wound hose.
